Say hello to Duende!

If you follow my Twitter, over the last couple of weeks you may have seen that I’ve been retweeting a lot of blog posts from duendeblog.

Duende is my new blog – arguably my First Ever Proper One that’s not exclusively just about Stuff I Like (ie. here!) – and it’s all about contemporary Latin American film, music and culture.  Why that?  Well because my holidays to South America, and plans for more, are why I’m learning Spanish (and always blathering on about the sodding preterite vs. imperfect), and I wanted to get to know the culture a bit more in-depth than I do now.  The best way I know to do that is through checking out its art and then writing about it…. so, ta-dah!
